PEI Burger Love returns to celebrate island beef  This year, $1 from every burger sold will be donated to Anderson House, for use in support services for family violence prevention on PEI. Here are RIHG’s tasty burger creations this year:

 

Phinley’s Restaurant: “Take ‘Em to the Train Station”    $18 alone / $20 platter

 

3oz Dutton’s island beef patty, topped with 4oz Train Station beef brisket, Rainwater’s buffalo bacon, Beck Brothers’ blueberry BBQ sauce, Governor’s gouda, Ranchero smoked horseradish mayo, and Rip’s fried mushrooms & crispy onions, corralled on a branded bun.

 

 

 

 

John Brown Grille: “Jalapeño Bizness”     $20 alone / $22 platter

 

 

2 x 3oz seasoned island beef smash patties, jalapeño cheese spread, crispy pancetta, dill aioli, tomato jam and butter leaf lettuce on a toasted brioche bun, garnished with a jalapeño popper
