DID YOU KNOW? Phinley’s patio is pet friendly! Our spacious, airy patio is just the perfect location for you and and your “really good boy” (or girl!) to grab a cool drink this summer.

Please be respectful of Phinley’s Patio Pet Policy below so we can continue to welcome your pooch on our patio:

1. Please do not place your dog, even a small one, on the table, in your lap or on a chair (PEI health regulations)
2. Avoid the “three B’s” – Begging, Barking, and Biting!
3. Your canine friend is not permitted to eat off your plate or drink from your glass.
4. Phinley’s cannot provide water bowls for pets, but can fill a bowl brought in by the owner. 🙂
5. Pets are not to be given any food or treats while in the outside dining area
6. Your server is not permitted to touch your pet while working, no matter how much they would like to!
7. Dogs must be kept on a leash and be within reach of their owner AT ALL TIMES.
8. If your pet has “an accident,” it is the owner’s responsibility to clean it up immediately. Staff will then sanitize the area.

Phinley’s reserves the right to request removal of any persons with pets who do not adhere completely to the above patio pet policy.

Please note: Only registered service animals are permitted inside the restaurant. No other animals at any time, for any reason.
