Winterdine – A Toast to Winter!
It’s time once again for Charlottetown’s anticipated Winterdine season. Spanning three weeks between January 19 and February 8, Hunter’s is excited to once again offer a value-filled three course dinner for couples, friends, and families alike.
Week 1:
Appetizer: Chicken & Spinach Orzo: Tender chicken tossed with creamy spinach orzo, finished with parmesan & fresh herbs
Entrée: Surf & Turf: Steak frite with aioli drizzle & golden-fried scallops, mashed potatoes & chef’s vegetable medley
Dessert: Chocolate Brownie: Warm chocolate brownie with French vanilla ice cream, topped with caramel sauce
Week 2:
Appetizer: Apple Feta Salad: Sliced apples, crumbled feta, and roasted pecans layered over greens & dressed in a vibrant cider vinaigrette
Entrée: Smoked Half-Chicken with Mac & Cheese: Hunter’s in-house, freshly smoked, half-chicken, paired with our creamy, oven-baked mac & cheese, served with chef’s vegetable medley
Dessert: Apple Crisp: Warm apple crisp baked with cinnamon and pecans, finished with golden oatmeal crumble topping, with French vanilla ice cream
Week 3:
Appetizer: Creamy Corn Chowder: Sweet yellow corn, PEI potatoes, root vegetables & seasonal herbs in a hearty chowder
Entrée: Grilled Chicken Taco & Half-Rack Ribs: A seasoned chicken taco with a tender half-rack of baby back ribs, creamy mashed potatoes & chef’s medley
Dessert: Chocolate Brownie: Warm chocolate brownie with French vanilla ice cream, topped with caramel sauce
