The Sandy Clam at Charlottetown Beer Garden aren’t foolin’ around with their “Clammin’ Around” lobster entry: 4 oz of PEI lobster mixed with mayonnaise, dill, celery, grainy mustard and chives, served on a buttered and toasted fresh brioche bun, and topped with Sandy Clam fried bar clams.
