It’s time once again for Charlottetown’s anticipated Winterdine season. Spanning three weeks, Hunter’s is excited to once again offer a value-filled three course dinner for couples, friends, and families alike.

 

This year’s Winterdine appetizer is Creamy Corn Chowder: Sweet yellow corn, PEI potatoes, root vegetables and seasonal herbs in a hearty chowder 

 

Each week has its own feature entrée:

Week 1: Smokehouse Chicken: Slowly smoked chicken, PEI mashed potatoes, corn on the cob, and herbed pan gravy 

Week 2: Braised Beef: Braised beef, PEI mashed potatoes, seasonal vegetables, and herbed mushroom gravy 

Week 3: Surf & Turf: 6oz sirloin and 5 bacon-wrapped scallops, Sailor Jerry BBQ sauce, herb and garlic roasted potatoes, and chef’s vegetables 

 

Hunter’s 2024 Winterdine dessert is a Chocolate Brownie: Warm chocolate brownie with French vanilla ice cream topped with caramel sauce
