John Brown Grille is excited to be back for another Winterdine season. Our chef has carefully prepared nine delicious gluten-free menu items, pairing up for three weeks of delectable dining!
Week 1:
Appetizer: Roasted Butternut Squash Soup : Roasted Squash and Turnip topped with a Parm Crisp
Entrée: Ribs & Saffron Chicken : Beer BBQ Ribs, Grilled Saffron Chicken, Parm & Parsley Steak Cut Frites, Brown Butter Asparagus
Dessert: Matcha Mousse: White Chocolate and Matcha Mousse, Brown Butter Crumb
Week 2:
Appetizer: Harvest Salad : Apples, Candied Nuts, Goat Cheese, Apple Cider Vinaigrette, Mesclun Greens
Entrée: Bone-In Pork Loin : Grilled Pork Loin, Apple & Maple Bourbon Chutney, PEI Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Vegetable Medley
Dessert: Apple Pie : Apple Pie, Whiskey Infused Caramel, French Vanilla Ice Cream
Week 3:
Appetizer: Tomatoes in Three : Fresh, Marinated, Sun Dried Tomatoes, Basil Chiffonade, Balsamic Glaze
Entrée: Surf & Turf : Flank Steak, Butter Poached Shrimp, Chimichurri, Smashed Baby Reds and Parm, Seared Brussel Sprouts
Dessert: Sticky Date Pudding : John Brown’s Signature Sticky Toffee Pudding, Toffee Sauce, Vanilla Bean Ice Cream
